Hatha Yoga Classes
Yoga is a tool for transformation, a holistic approach bringing body and mind into harmony. We begin by warmups easing the body into readiness, linking breath to movement bringing awareness to the present. Yoga postures to increase strength, flexibility, improve mobility, and balance. Breathing exercises helping to focus the mind, improve your mental health, reduce anxiety, depression and improve cardiovascular function. Ending with a relaxation making you feel destressed, relaxed and at ease.
Embark on a transformative journey of self- discovery. Invest in yourself, allowing quality time out each week to improve your health and wellbeing. You may be drawn to yoga for health and fitness, to seek relief from a specific health condition, or to manage stress and anxiety. Whatever the reason I have you covered.

Timetable
Monday 6.00-7.00pm Hordley and Bagley Village Hall, Suitable for beginners (Ellesmere SY12 9BQ).
Monday 7.30-8.30pm Myddle Village Hall, Suitable for mixed ability (SY4 3RP).
Tuesday 9.45-11.00am Carrog Village hall, a more gentle restorative yoga class (Carrog Ll219AS).
Tuesday 6.00-7.15pm Llanderfel Village hall, suitable for mixed ability (Llanderfel Ll237HR).
Wednesday 10-12.00am Taigh Mor Foundation Llandrillo. (private tuition).
Thursday 6.30-7.45pm Carrog village hall, suitable for mixed ability (Carrog Ll219AS).
I provide some equipment, mats, blocks and belts but recommend buying your own mat if yoga is for you.
Please book and contact me prior if you need to borrow anything.
Wear unrestricted comfortable clothing so you can move freely, bring a blanket with you for the relaxation.
Cost is £7.50per class.
Block booking £35.00 for 5 weeks paid upfront.
Drop in £8.00
It is advisable to attend at least 5mins prior to the beginning of the class to get settled.
Not to eat a large meal beforehand.
